Checklist for Classroom/pool
Following is a checklist of what you will need to know before starting your first class.

Come into the store to get the PADI eLearning code, and required paperwork.

Complete PADI eLearning before coming to class.

Review the PADI Divers Medical Questionnaire and Medical Statement. Complete the Physicians Sign Off Form if you have answered "YES" to any item.

Understand your class schedule for pool training.

Purchase any personal equipment needed before class.

Don't forget your swimsuit and towel!
This option is for anyone who has either completed their Open Water coursework and pool classes at a different PADI facility and needs to pass off their Open Water dives at the Homestead Crater with us,
OR
Would like to complete their coursework and pool work here with Scuba Utah, and then do the Open Water pass-off dives at their choice of resort destination.
Referral Open Water Dives
Open Water Dives Referral:
Referral for Dives 1-4 - $300.00
Referral for Dives 3&4 - $150.00
Information on Checkout Dives:
You need to complete a total of 4 Open Water checkout dives, over a 2 day
period (2 dives a day) - in order to complete your Open Water Diver Certification.
Dives are at the Homestead Crater in Midway, Utah.
Crater times are subject to change, but you can check our calendar by clicking
HERE. Look for the Open Water Dives to see if any of our prescheduled dives will work for you. Then, just contact us, or stop by to set up your Referral Open Water Dives today.
If you find the prescheduled dives will not work for you, then we do offer private Open Water Referral Dives, see below.
Private Open Water Dives Referral:
Private Referral Dives 1-4 - $549.00
Private Referral Dives 3&4 - $275.00
Information on Checkout Dives:

dives - over a 2 day period (2 dives a day) - in order to complete your Open Water Diver Certification.

These dives will be based around your schedule, and when we can set up a time with both the instructor and the Homestead Crater. Contact us or stop by to set up a private Open Water Referral today. The more time in advance that you schedule, the more accommodating we can be.
What is included with our Referral Open Water Prices?
Includes: PADI Open Water certification card and scuba rental equipment for Open Water use.
(Tank, Weights, Regulators, and BCD's)
Not Included: -Personal gear- (Mask, Snorkel, Boots, Fins.) Call or come in for more information and pricing.

Referral Classroom/Pool
Open Water Classroom/Pool Referral: $399.00
Information on Class/Pool:
- One Week Class- Monday/Wednesday/Friday evenings from 6-10 pm.
- Two Week Class- Tuesday/Thursday the first week, Thursday the second week from 6-10 pm.
- Weekend Class- Friday from 6-10pm and Saturday from 8am-5pm.

Prior to the start of class the PADI E-Learning will need to be completed. PADI advises planning around 12-15 hours to complete all of this online coursework.
Private Open Water Classroom/Pool Referral: $549.00
- Completely based upon your own schedule, and when our instructor and pool is available. Contact us to set up some times and dates, the more advanced notice, the more accommodating we can be. We will need to set up a minimum of 2 days to complete the pool sessions, and then you will find a PADI dive shop at your resort destination to finish up your 4 Open Water dives, over the course of 2 days.

Cancellation Policy
Need to change your class to a different schedule?
If you are not able to attend a class please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours notice is given a $100 transfer fee will be applied. Additional transfer fees applicable.
No Refunds Once Class has Started.
